Lorena El-Kadre

Prior to joining FLS in 2023, Lorena was an associate attorney in the international capital markets practice at FreitasLeite Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil, focusing on the structuring, compliance and contract management of investment vehicles in offshore financial centres as well as a wide range of financial and commercial transactions in Brazil and abroad.

Lorena holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getulio Vargas and studied International and European Law at the University of Antwerp.
