Alessandro Materni

Alessandro co-founded FLS, after working for over 25 years in the financial services industry. During his studies, he worked with Ernst & Young as an auditor. After his studies, he worked at Credit Suisse in the Capital Markets and Asset Management departments and at The Boston Consulting Group. He later became a Managing Director at Swiss Re, structuring, marketing and arranging complex securitisation and other financial/insurance products. He has advised clients in hundreds of financings, M&A, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions, both in Europe and frontier markets.

He holds a degree in banking and finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and is Swiss Federal Certified Asset Manager and Financial Analyst.
